About Saori Choulos

​

Saori is a master space-holder for leaders to explore deeply and authentically grounded in presence and purpose. A highly collaborative partner, she guides the exploration of strengths, aspirations, and cultures to deepen one's leadership and contribute purposefully in life and career.

​

As an executive coach with a Fortune 500 company, Saori brings a portfolio of experience with over 25 years in leadership and management roles in corporate, startup, and non-profit organizations to assist others in navigating their leadership and career journey. Prior to coaching, she held roles in relationship management, business development, finance, client administration, and strategic partnerships. Strength-based and highly collaborative, Saori brings out the unique gifts in individuals to enhance their effectiveness as leaders and navigate their teams through the dynamics of change.

Born in Okinawa, Japan and raised in Northern California, her multicultural upbringing led to college internships in Japan, her first career as a banker in trade finance for a Japanese-owned bank, and on-going civic leadership with Asian-based community organizations. She believes that understanding our cultures offers the unique opportunity to see broadly, navigate deeply, and bring forth the best of one's woven cultures to build bridges and lead with compassion.

Saori offers coaching to select private clients, facilitates group dialogue, and serves as a strategic advisor for organizations committed to transformational person-centered growth.
